Camp runs Friday, February 13 and Monday, February 16, 2026. You can choose to attend one day ($140) or both days ($250). If you choose one day, you'll select which day during registration.
Standard camp runs from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM each day. Check-in opens at 8:45 AM. If you've added before care, you can drop off as early as 7:00 AM. After care extends pick-up to 4:00 PM or 5:00 PM depending on your selection.
Please send your child with: a labeled water bottle, lunch (we provide snacks and drinks but not lunch), athletic shoes (indoor court shoes preferred), comfortable athletic clothing, and a great attitude! We are a peanut-free facility.
Yes! We provide snacks and drinks throughout the day to keep your camper energized. However, campers must bring their own lunch. Please avoid peanut products as we maintain a peanut-free environment for the safety of all campers.
No refunds are available within 10 days of camp start date. Once we are within 10 days of camp, we have already allocated resources, booked staff, and made camp arrangements based on registration numbers. Cancellations made more than 10 days before camp are eligible for a full refund or credit toward a future program. Please contact parents@frontrunnerfieldhouse.com for refund requests.
Frontrunner Fieldhouse is located at 3409 Clayton Road East, Fort Worth, TX 76116. We're an indoor sports facility with climate-controlled courts, ensuring camp runs rain or shine!

Frontrunner Fieldhouse - Camp Waiver & Release
By enrolling my child in programs at Frontrunner Fieldhouse ("FRFH"), I acknowledge and agree:
1) ASSUMPTION OF RISK:
I understand participation in sports and camp activities involves inherent risks, including but not limited to slips, falls, collisions, equipment-related injuries, illness, and other risks that may result in injury, disability, or death. I voluntarily assume all risks, known and unknown, associated with my child's participation.
2) RELEASE OF LIABILITY:
To the fullest extent permitted by law, I, on behalf of myself and my child, release and hold harmless Frontrunner Fieldhouse, its owners, officers, directors, employees, contractors, coaches, volunteers, agents, and affiliates from any and all claims, demands, causes of action, damages, costs, or liability arising out of or related to my child's participation, including claims arising from negligence, to the extent permitted by law.
3) MEDICAL AUTHORIZATION:
In the event of an emergency, I authorize FRFH staff to obtain emergency medical care for my child, including first aid and transport to a medical facility, and I agree to be responsible for all related costs. I understand FRFH will make reasonable efforts to contact me first.
4) HEALTH & ALLERGY DISCLOSURE:
I understand snacks may be provided. I have accurately disclosed my child's allergies and dietary restrictions. I understand FRFH cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment and I accept responsibility for managing my child's allergy risks.
5) CODE OF CONDUCT / REMOVAL:
I understand FRFH may remove a participant for unsafe behavior, repeated misconduct, or failure to follow staff instructions. No refunds are guaranteed in cases of removal for misconduct.
6) GOVERNING LAW / VENUE (TEXAS):
This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute arising from or related to this agreement or participation at Frontrunner Fieldhouse shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Tarrant County, Texas, and I consent to that jurisdiction and venue.
