End-user license agreement

Welcome to Frontrunner Fieldhouse. By accessing our website, booking our services, or using our facility located at 3409 Clayton Road East, Fort Worth, Texas, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). Please read them carefully before using any of our services.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Frontrunner Fieldhouse website, registering for programs, booking sessions, or entering our facility, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use our services.

2. Description of Services

Frontrunner Fieldhouse is an indoor soccer and futsal facility in Fort Worth, Texas, offering:

• Indoor soccer and futsal leagues (youth and adult)
• Private and group training sessions
• Camps and clinics (seasonal and holiday)
• Birthday parties and private events
• Facility rentals for teams and organizations
• Drop-in play and open field sessions

3. Account Registration

Certain services require you to create an account or register through our booking platforms. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account
• Accept responsibility for all activity under your account

For minors, a parent or legal guardian must complete registration and accept these Terms on their behalf.

4. Payment Terms

• All payments are processed securely through Stripe and/or Shopify.
• Prices are listed in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice.
• All sales are final unless the booking or registration is cancelled at least 24 hours in advance of the scheduled session or event.
• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled time are not eligible for a refund.
• No-shows are not eligible for a refund or credit.
• Frontrunner Fieldhouse reserves the right to cancel or reschedule sessions due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather, facility maintenance). In such cases, a full refund or credit will be issued.

5. Liability Waiver and Assumption of Risk

• Sprains, strains, fractures, and other physical injuries
• Contact with other participants, equipment, or facility surfaces
• Injuries resulting from overexertion or pre-existing conditions

To the fullest extent permitted by law, you agree to release, indemnify, and hold harmless Frontrunner Fieldhouse, its owners, employees, agents, and affiliates from any and all claims, damages, losses, or liabilities arising from your use of the facility or participation in any program or event.

Parents or legal guardians assume this risk on behalf of minor participants.

6. Facility Rules and Code of Conduct

All visitors and participants must adhere to the following:

• Treat all staff, coaches, players, and visitors with respect
• Wear appropriate athletic footwear (indoor/non-marking shoes only on the field)
• No food or beverages (other than water) on the playing surface
• No abusive language, aggressive behavior, or unsportsmanlike conduct
• Children under 12 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian at all times
• Follow all posted facility rules, safety guidelines, and staff instructions
• No alcohol, tobacco, or controlled substances on the premises

Frontrunner Fieldhouse reserves the right to remove any individual who violates these rules without refund.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the Frontrunner Fieldhouse website — including text, graphics, logos, images, and software — is the property of Frontrunner Fieldhouse or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content without our prior written consent.

8. Termination of Access

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our website, facility, or services at any time, without notice, for conduct that we determine, in our sole discretion, violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, our staff, our business, or third parties.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Frontrunner Fieldhouse shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our website, facility, or services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Frontrunner Fieldhouse and its owners, officers, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorney's fees) arising from your use of our services, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the courts located in Tarrant County, Texas.
