Frequently Asked Questions

Move & Learn offers two programs: Ages 4-7 (Holistic Development, 3 hours/day from 11am-2pm) and Ages 8-13 (Elite Performance, 1.5 hours/day from 9am-10:30am). We group students by age and skill level so everyone is challenged and supported.
No! Move & Learn is designed as a drop-off program. Parents can use the time for work, errands, or their own activities. We have trained staff supervising all activities, and you'll have our contact info for emergencies.
Late enrollment is considered on a case-by-case basis depending on availability. Contact us directly to discuss options.
Bring athletic shoes (indoor court shoes or clean sneakers), a water bottle, and a snack. We provide all equipment for activities. Optional: extra layer for temperature control and a small towel.
We accommodate a wide range of needs! Please share details on the interest form or during your follow-up call. We'll discuss how we can best support your child, including dietary restrictions, physical considerations, or learning differences.
