Everything you need to know about our Summer Day Camp program.
Our Summer Day Camp + Childcare program accepts children ages 4-12 years old. Children must be 4 by the start of their enrolled session.
Drop-off begins at 7:00 AM. Standard pickup is by 5:30 PM. We offer overflow late pickup until 6:00 PM with applicable late fees ($1/minute per child after 5:30 PM).
All packages include lunch and snacks throughout the day. Please notify us of any allergies or dietary restrictions during registration. While we make reasonable efforts to accommodate, we cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment.
Please send your child with comfortable athletic clothing, closed-toe shoes, a water bottle (labeled), sunscreen (applied before arrival), and any necessary medications with proper documentation. Label all personal items. Electronics are discouraged.
We offer 1-week, 2-week, 3-week, 1-month (4 weeks), and 2-month (full summer, 8 weeks) packages. Weekly packages allow you to choose specific weeks. Monthly packages are for June or July. The 2-month package covers the entire summer (June and July). A $35 registration fee applies to all packages.
Week changes are subject to availability and must be requested at least 14 days in advance. Please contact us directly to discuss schedule modifications. Changes within 14 days of the session start are not guaranteed.
Children with fever, vomiting, or diarrhea within the past 24 hours must stay home. If your child becomes ill during camp, you will be notified and must arrange pickup within 60 minutes. Children must be symptom-free for 24 hours before returning.
Late pickup fees are $1 per minute after 5:30 PM per child. The absolute latest pickup is 6:00 PM. Repeated late pickups may result in removal from the program without refund, at FRFH's discretion.
The $35 registration fee is non-refundable. Cancellations 14+ days before start: full refund minus registration fee. 7-13 days: 50% refund minus registration fee. 6 days or less: no refund. No refunds for missed days. FRFH-initiated cancellations may receive pro-rated refunds or credits.
Yes! As an enrolled family, you'll receive updates and priority access to additional summer programs from both Frontrunner Fieldhouse (FRFH) and Aledo Soccer Club (ASC). Some offerings may have separate fees. You can opt in to receive these updates during registration.

1. PROGRAM OVERVIEW
Frontrunner Fieldhouse Summer Day Camp + Childcare is a summer program for children ages 4-12, operating Monday through Friday during June and July 2026. Maximum capacity is 20 campers. Drop-off begins at 7:00 AM, standard pickup is by 5:30 PM, with overflow late pickup available until 6:00 PM (with applicable fees).
2. CHECK-IN / CHECK-OUT & AUTHORIZED PICKUP
All children must be signed in and out each day by an authorized adult. Only individuals listed as authorized pickups on the registration form may pick up your child. Photo ID may be required. If someone not on the authorized list needs to pick up your child, the parent/guardian must provide verified permission (phone call or written authorization) before release.
3. LATE PICKUP POLICY
Standard pickup is by 5:30 PM. Late fees of $1 per minute per child apply after 5:30 PM. The absolute latest pickup time is 6:00 PM - no exceptions. Repeated late pickups may result in removal from the program without refund, at FRFH's sole discretion.
4. ILLNESS POLICY
Children who have experienced fever, vomiting, or diarrhea within the past 24 hours must stay home. If your child becomes ill during camp, you will be notified immediately and must arrange pickup within 60 minutes. Children must be symptom-free for at least 24 hours before returning to camp, or longer if required by current health guidelines.
5. FOOD & ALLERGIES
Lunch and snacks are provided and included in all packages. All allergies MUST be disclosed during registration. While we make reasonable efforts to accommodate allergies, FRFH cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment. Parents of children with severe allergies must provide appropriate emergency medications (e.g., EpiPen) with written instructions. Staff will be informed of all allergies but may not be able to prevent all exposure.
6. MEDICATION
All medications brought to camp must be in their original labeled container with written instructions from the parent/guardian. FRFH staff may not be able to safely administer all medications; in such cases, the parent may be required to come to the facility. No controlled substances will be administered without explicit written protocol approved by FRFH management.
7. PERSONAL ITEMS
Please label all personal items with your child's name. FRFH is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal items. Electronic devices are discouraged and should be left at home.
8. BEHAVIOR & SAFETY
All campers are expected to treat staff and other children with respect. Bullying, fighting, dangerous play, or any behavior that threatens the safety of others will not be tolerated. FRFH uses progressive discipline; however, immediate removal may occur for serious safety violations. No refunds will be issued for behavioral dismissals.
9. WEATHER / EMERGENCY / FACILITY CHANGES
Camp activities may be adjusted for weather conditions. All activities may be moved indoors as needed. FRFH has emergency protocols in place for various situations. Please keep your contact information current so we can reach you in case of emergency.
10. REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY
- The $35 registration fee is non-refundable under all circumstances.
- Cancellations 14+ days before your start date: Full refund minus registration fee.
- Cancellations 7-13 days before your start date: 50% refund minus registration fee.
- Cancellations 6 days or less before your start date: No refund.
- No refunds for missed days or partial attendance.
- FRFH-initiated cancellations: Pro-rated refunds or credits may be offered at FRFH's discretion.
11. ADDITIONAL PROGRAMS (FRFH + ASC)
Enrolled families may receive updates and priority access to additional summer programs from Frontrunner Fieldhouse and Aledo Soccer Club. These offerings may be optional and separately priced. Opt-in consent during registration controls whether you receive communications about ASC programs.
12. PHOTO/VIDEO RELEASE (OPTIONAL)
If you grant photo/video permission, you allow FRFH to use images of your child for marketing, social media, and promotional purposes. If you do not grant permission, FRFH will make reasonable efforts to avoid prominently featuring your child in photos/videos.
13. OFF-SITE ACTIVITIES (OPTIONAL)
If you grant off-site permission, your child may participate in occasional field trips or activities at partner locations with advance notice provided. If you do not grant permission, your child will remain at the FRFH facility during off-site activities.
14. LIABILITY WAIVER / ASSUMPTION OF RISK / RELEASE / INDEMNITY / MEDICAL AUTHORIZATION
ASSUMPTION OF RISK: I understand that participation in sports, physical activities, and use of the FRFH facility involves inherent risks including but not limited to physical injury, illness, and property damage. I voluntarily assume all such risks on behalf of my child.
RELEASE AND WAIVER: To the fullest extent permitted by Texas law, I release, waive, and discharge Frontrunner Fieldhouse, LLC, its owners, officers, employees, contractors, volunteers, and agents from any and all liability, claims, demands, and causes of action arising from my child's participation in the Summer Day Camp + Childcare program. This release does not apply to claims arising from gross negligence or willful misconduct.
INDEMNIFICATION: I agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Frontrunner Fieldhouse, LLC and its affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses (including attorney's fees) arising from my child's actions or participation in the program.
MEDICAL AUTHORIZATION: In case of medical emergency, I authorize FRFH staff to seek emergency medical treatment for my child. I understand that I am financially responsible for any medical costs incurred.
GOVERNING LAW & VENUE: This agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes shall be resolved in courts located in Tarrant County, Texas.
15. ELECTRONIC SIGNATURE CONSENT
By typing my full legal name in the signature field, I acknowledge that this electronic signature has the same legal effect as a handwritten signature. I confirm that I am the parent or legal guardian of the child being registered and have the authority to bind myself and my child to these terms.
